As a seller you get to choose what payment methods you accept. We recommend PayPal, as it facilitates instant payment and offers anti-fraud protection. When an item sells both the buyer and seller are sent emails with the transaction details in it. There's a 3.5% sales fee on all product listings EXCEPT for Automobiles, Motors, Marine, and Real Estate.  These categories require a ONE-TIME listing fee; there are NO fees collected when you sell in these categories.  For example, list your car for $5.  That is ALL you pay.  There are no additional fees when you sell.  And, list with confidence!  Your listing remains up on the site until you sell your product, or you choose to remove the listing!

Our fee system is simple: it cost only 25 cents to list an item on iBFAC and then just 3.5% of the final sale price when it sells. And the best part is once you list an item, it stays up UNTIL IT SELLS (or you choose to remove it). There are no monthly listing fees like on other sites. Relax, one quarter is all it takes to list an item until it sells on iBFAC!

And, we give 10% of the fees you pay directly to our site to the CHURCH or CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION of your choice!  In other words, we give 10% of your listing fee and 10% of your 3.5% sales fee to your church.  We DO NOT take 10% of your sale price and give this to your church.  A sale on iBFAC occurs between two individuals OUTSIDE of our site.  We are not involved in the collection of money for sold items between a buyer and seller.  So, again, the 10% we give to your church comes from the listing and sales fees paid to iBFAC.  The 10% given to your church in NO WAY involves the money collected on a sold item- again, we give 10% of the 3.5% sales fees paid to iBFAC only.  We just clarify this as many customers have wanted this to be clear!

Important Exceptions:

#1:  Autos, Marine, Motors, and Real Estate listings are ONE-TIME charges. You pay $5 for a listing in Autos, Marine, and Motors; you pay $10 for a listing in Real Estate (properties and homes). It is that simple! And again, your listing stays up UNTIL YOU SELL!  We receive no other fees when you sell your product in these categories. And, as always, we give 10% of your listing fee to YOUR church! So list your home, and $1 goes to your church; list your car or boat and $0.50 goes to your church. To be clear: no fees are collected when you sell in these categories (the 10% we give to your church comes ONLY from your $5 or $10 listing fee.  We do not collect ANY percentage of the sales price in these categories). 

#2:  Also, there are NO listing or seller fees for ALL items listed through a church or Christian organization garage sale.  This is another way iBFAC seeks to help churches raise money!
